Macloed Launches his Campaign for Leadership of the Progressive Conservative Party
It was a packed room as Robert Macleod announced that he will be running for the leadership of the new Brunswick PC party. Macloed feels we should celebrate the fact that we are the only official bilingual province of Canada. He also believes in giving New Brunswickers a choice in French language education.
Macleod also spoke about the issue with Uranium mining in Albert and Kent County, he feels people should have a say.
“As a party, we have an opportunity before us but I see it as more than that.I believe that we have an obligation to ensure that New Brunswickers have a real alternative in the next general election.” Says MacLeod.
